Loofca International Limited in its quest to drive investment within the West African sub region recently entered into an agreement with VANU USA, to build, operate and transfer over 10,000 Rural Telephony sites in different African
countries, a vision in which most tier-one operators like Airtel, MTN, Orange have keyed into 2,000 of these sites are to be rolled out in Nigeria, under the expansion program of MTN Nigeria to capture the underserved local communities within the country.

The vision is led by Engr. Olufemi Olukoya, a certified entrepreneurial and driven Chief Executive, with over 35 years of
industry-leading expertise, has led telecommunications turnkey, implementation, and management projects, rolling out major base stations for Globalcom, Huwawei and Ericson etc.
