Loofca International Limited in its quest to drive investment within the West African Sub-region enter into an agreement with VANU Wireless Nigeria Limited – a company duly registered under the law of Nigeria to build and operate over 2,000 rural telephone sites in Nigeria, under the expansion program of MTN Nigeria to capture the underserved local communities within the country.

The project is to be implemented and managed by Loofca Energy Limited.
